Ok,
Ive done all the stupid things I need to do, like get a credit card, buy some suitcases etc (by the way, they are pink!! - the suitcases that is, not the credit card!)
I have to say, Im rather fed up of people asking me silly questions about going abroad for the year.
The only way I can put it is that Im 50% excited, 50% scared, everyone knows that Im a home girl, so leaving here and having to be across a piece of sea - otherwise known as the english channel - is going to be a little difficult for me!
Id just like to remind everyone, that I probably wont be sending those silly group e-mails to everyone, thats the whole point of having a blog! I will be posting everything I do on here (except the things that you dont need to know!)
So, I hope to contact pretty much everyone somehow before I go! Watch out!

Hiya everyone!
I am setting up this "blog" so that I can write what I am up to throughout my year abroad in France.
In reality, Im so close to England, its hardly worth calling it a year abroad, its kinda a year away from home - pretty much the same as being at University!
Ooo, it takes only four hours to drive from home to Rouen in France, thats the same as driving from home to Exeter!
That and the fact that I shall probably be working so little that my "year abroad" has been classed as a holiday by the majority of my family and friends - well thank you for the vote of confidence!
I leave on the 25th September and I hope to be back for Christmas!
I shall keep this updated as much as possible, but for now I shall love you and leave you!
